Booking & Process Guidelines
| How to Book: | Join my discord server, open a ticket and follow the required steps instructed there. |
| Upfront Payment: | All bookings require full payment before I begin any work. Your slot is not considered secure until this is received. [This is required unless told] |
| Turnaround Time: | Once I start your project, turnaround can take up to 2 weeks. I work on multiple commissions at once, and each project receives the attention it deserves. Please don’t expect same-day delivery—this is art, not a vending machine. |
| Right to Decline: | I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request or the client. This is a rare situation, but it's important to set respectful boundaries. |
Mods, Files, & Client Expectations
| Mod Usage: | Mods are welcome! I do not engage in mod drama—unsupported creators are safe to use. |
| MCDF File Required: | To streamline the process, you must provide an MCDF file unless you're a vanilla user. |
| For Vanilla Users: | Book a day/time for us to meet in-game with all your chosen glams ready. I’ll save your sets and work from there. |
| For Non-Mare Users: | If you're still modding the old-school way, please prepare and send: A mod pack- Your base vanilla character file- Screenshots or references of desired glam/modded sets |
